After dismissing followers their new appearance stayed the same for me. I'm pretty sure you can change all sorts of things like height, race and so on. WebWhere X is your player ID. Go third person mode, open the console and click on yourself to see your player ID. You don't have to find out the player id. The camera doesn't lock onto you while you change your looks. The best way to fix it, is to type tfc, then bring the camera to the face of your character and then type showlooksmenu player 1.
