WebThere's been a consistent hissing noise in both earcups. It sounds similar to a fan running on low speed. I have tried adjusting the levels of noise cancellation, updating the headphones through the app, and using my desktop, Pixel 4, and Surface Book. They all produce the hissing noise whether it's through bluetooth or 3.5mm.
