WebTonight I tried several ATMs including the 24 hour 711 bank in Shinjuku and could not take out any money from my Australian Commonwealth Bank EFTPOS keycard with MAESTRO logo at the front and CIRRUS logo at the back. Commonwealth Bank has said this card will work overseas at selected ATM.
